Correct me if I'm wrong, But isn't it impossible to respin 1 second after a spin? Unless I'm reading those times wrong, how did I respin 1 second after another?

Yes, but the second respin was not by choice. What I was trying to communicate was the fact that it respun without my knowledge for a second time. I only pressed it once, however, it respun twice.

We are sorry for what you've experienced. The logs show that there were two "Respin" operations. According to the client's logic, it can neither send a single operation command repeatedly nor can it send an operation command out of the blue without real activation on user's end. For the 1 second interval in the logs: the 2nd operation command was sent before you experienced the network connectivity instability, as you know network connectivity instability causes latency, hence the processing got delayed on our end too due to the connectivity instability you've experienced then the log interval might not be accurate.

However, regarding the "skip" that you've described("It literally skipped the first respin and just moved onto the second, without me even having the chance to see what I obtained from the first."）, we've been testing on it. Although we haven't recreated it yet, we'll keep checking and see what we can find.

I experienced exactly the same issue between 7 and 8 AM EST. I pressed spin and the game sped up and auto-respinned before I could even see the other item. Didn't matter too much to me besides the loss of coins because all the items were lame, but this event proves that what Lyrics experienced was true. I would like lyrics to receive solar smite as that is what he was scammed out of. A reimbursement/reward for this issue for myself would be incredibly appreciated as well, but not necessary.

Did you get your Solar smite & 5 gc back? I mean, it's already proven in the logs that nobody can respin twice during that time lapse.

They gave me 5 coins around 2 days after the incident. But nothing about the Solar Smite yet, no.
