Communications error on respin.

After getting a communication delay when spinning, I pressed okay, and it spun the roulette again without my authorisation which resulted in me losing the item I wanted. I am certain that I did not press respin after obtaining the second item, as it would have asked for confirmation, which I also did not give. Please help, I feel like I lost out because of this error.

Ggwp get smashed by the system. For real, just wait for a support member to check on that, there should be an easy fix to this.

All I did was press "respin" and, after the loading icon appeared, it gave me the "communication error" popup. And after I pressed "okay" it had already spun twice, resulting me in the loss of Solar Smite. It literally skipped the first respin and just moved onto the second, without me even having the chance to see what I obtained from the first.

We've checked the relevant logs during the given time frame and found the following:
Respin 2014-05-02 12:37:44 -5 Coins left: 19
Respin 2014-05-02 12:37:43 -2 Coins left: 24

Although the network connection was not very good during the wheel spin, according to the log, you have activated two Respins.

Please recall and confirm again.

Yes, but the second respin was not by choice. What I was trying to communicate was the fact that it respun without my knowledge for a second time. I only pressed it once, however, it respun twice.

Although it is not my business to say anything here, I would like to point out that the game has been lagging alot lately. My network is stable, and when battling the screen keeps getting stuck on "waiting for opponent" when im playing in map. I also keep getting the communication delay message, he might have the same problems as me.

Just give him his gold and solar smite, after all, it was because of a network connection problem.
