Im from israel.
I dont farm much maps and one of the reasons its the glitches beside the laziness,but when i do like when the double odds event was i saw the same glitch of desappearing monsters and atk bythemself at least once an hour,laggs usually on the first period of team mode and at reset but its understandable.
On the gliches i dont get any notifications,on lags i do the "communication/connection lost"

Just when you were still in the battle screen but opponent monster disappeared or your monster disappeared too (can't be displayed)?
could you please confirm the following info:
1. whether or not the opponent/self-side monster can't be displayed during battle
2. whether or not the opponent/self-side monster can't be displayed during seal card catches.

The more details you provide, the quicker we are able to identified your problem. Since we are located in a different regions/countries, the regional network/cable stability issues also can't be overlooked.

I've just experienced this same issue, where the monster im fighting against just dissapeared. Specifically, i was trying to catch cyg for today's wanted monster catch, and i used almost 64 seals when the fight/monster suddenly dissapeared. I would like to get my seals back and/or the cygness if you could possibly check the logs. If you need another info my team to catch him was Gold Neon, Blaze, Gold Angel, and Shadow. Let me know if you need any additional information.

I spent about 20 dice because after 18 turns I was kicked out. I was informed that the limit was 80 turns. Dice and more seal cards would be a fantastic compensation honestly.

Sometimes, when both side's monsters still have health left, then one side's monster health just drop to 0 and ended the battle with no reason.

I got kicked out when in middle of trying to catch an epic monster the other day too (after spending many dices and seal cards)
