Bugs

Where: Tm silver mine expert mode.
When: 10 minutes ago from this message
What: Suddenly, both of my monsters were 0 hp:
Neon managed to play 3 rounds without dying yet standing with 0 hp, as shown in the next screenshot, while rhor didnt even managed to get in the fight.



EDIT: Now that i realize, my neon has upgraded atacks, and electric net instead of ultrasonic, that might be Rhor atacks playing, which is even more weird. (hope this is useful to realize what could happen)

Sent those a lot before the update and still not any fixes and being ignorant,and not only me!

Lol, ok i get it, the game is full of minor bugs xD. But the ones i showed are clearly a problem since they affect possible results, prizes, and other relevant stuff. I had that fortune race floating character glitch, but it just solves with restarting haha.
Thanks for your contribution! lets hope they have a look at this at least...

I hope more ppl will send screenshots so support finally will see everybody have those glitches and fix it, the support on the game blame me for those and im sure its something in the game cuz others work perfectly,only the two haypis glitch and lagg

Those specific screenshots from version 1.3 but i have the same gliches on the new version too and some my server mates too,im just lazy take new screenshots from the same problem..
And i do reinstalled and reopened and all and my wifi is fine cuz all other games work perfect and the two haypi one glitch

Sorry for bringing up more questions. Would you mind sharing us your region info and confirming whether those gameplay lag issues occured periodically or all the time?

While you play the game, is there any specific sytem notifications? If there are, please tell us what messages you've received from the notifications.

Last question, is your iPad jailbroken?

Im from israel.
I dont farm much maps and one of the reasons its the glitches beside the laziness,but when i do like when the double odds event was i saw the same glitch of desappearing monsters and atk bythemself at least once an hour,laggs usually on the first period of team mode and at reset but its understandable.
On the gliches i dont get any notifications,on lags i do the "communication/connection lost"

Sorry for the late reply. The post might have sunk so I didn't notice the updated info in a timely manner.

Just when you were still in the battle screen but opponent monster disappeared or your monster disappeared too (can't be displayed)?
could you please confirm the following info:
1. whether or not the opponent/self-side monster can't be displayed during battle
2. whether or not the opponent/self-side monster can't be displayed during seal card catches.

The more details you provide, the quicker we are able to identified your problem. Since we are located in a different regions/countries, the regional network/cable stability issues also can't be overlooked.
