Draco Evolution Bug

So I recently climbed up to floor 5, and got my draco. I immediately put him in the training center, and after one training session, he went from lvl 1 to lvl 25. The problem is that draco evolved immediately to draconius, skipping his middle evolution. Due to this, I will never have "caught" the middle evolution in my catalogue. Can you fix this support?

Re: Draco Evolution Bug
No, you do get draconio. You just need to be careful while evolving it. Do not waste a exp4 since it skips evolution. Use like a exp3 card or some exp2s.
Re: Draco Evolution Bug
But the game shouldn't allow it to skip evolutions
Re: Draco Evolution Bug
in pokemon and various other evolutionary based games, they would never allow you to skip an evolution stage. They had troubleshoot measures to prevent this from happening.
Re: Draco Evolution Bug
When a support member sees this they will remedy the situation. However, I recommend sending an in-game support ticket so they look at your account.
