I have in mind a magic build for the overpopulation of pegasus and bahamuts; double double; meditation, cunning, mind bending and fire bomb.

what do you think?

I think it can only be useful on pvp

Cunning is definitely a good skill combined with Double Double.
I don't know about Meditation though, can it be upgraded to +1?

I have a picture of a Level. 50 Flight and Hippogon to compare!

Bragga is a bit strong in ATK/MATK but his def/mdef is terrible

He is sth between flight and hippo

Baha and Pega would definitly ohko bragga
I mean all legendaries which are faster than him will
OHKO bragga.
If there would be a EPIC ONLY PVP then bragga would be
good.

I would go Full Speed and ATK/MATK on stat bet and then use skills
like pod and then maybe ohko every epic when you hit first

Im not sure that PoD stacks, and I don't plan to use a PoD book just to find out.

That's a very good choice, maybe protected by a pewgway will work wonders on dual duel.
