Can't climb to level 4, help

I've been in the top 50 for weekly pvp score and have the over 15,000 prestige to climb but It tells me I havnt been in the top 10% of the server , I don't quite understand the meaning of the 10% , please could somebody help

It is 10%, so if there are say 400 people on your server then you would need top 40 to be 10%. You must be on a low population server. I went to floor 4 when I was about rank 80 or so, but it is different per server.

So in theory there must be roughly 300 maybe 200 on my sever if I've been in the top 40-50 before and didn't get the chance to climb yeah?

I asked that same question and was told there was not a way to know how many people so just keep trying to get higher and hope for the best.

Unfortunately there is no way of knowing for certain the exact number of players in your server. This is information that haypi will not disclose, because then otherwise everyone will stop pvp'ing so long as they meet the requirements to climb.

So the best you can do is to try your best to get the highest possible score by the end of the week. For example if you get a final pvp score of 1800 and you still don't meet the requirements to climb, then that simply means your best effort was just not good enough for you to qualify for a climb. It means there were 10% of the total players on your server that could do better than you, and so you need to try harder next time

It doesnt update right away.
You have to wait till the next approval in a week.
