Skills(spells) description out dated

Can we please have the description updated? Electric monsters can now learn rain prayer and I think plant for celestial prayer. I saw someone post gryphion with POD learned in elite trainer post. But they are not listed in spell's description,

Please update all spell's description so we know who can learn what.

That picture also states that the monster is lvl 60.
The level cap for Lost Tower is currently 50.

That is not from the game - Lost Tower.
But from HM1.
