Fix my accoudn

My accound got screwed over after the updates i. Can logg in and missing all my epic and legends i got now new monsters off forest and never catched those i went from 100k silver to millions and my coins dissapewr my advance books gone and suddenly got also 700 boss ess please fix it

No it wasnt me i couldent logg in until i was done working
Cant you put my stuf monsters etc back or setback it to 10 feb i know thats possible and not all that hard to accomplish
I bought for 750€ in 2 months and it looks me only fair if you

The way you just treated this glitch is a disgrace. A high paying customer and u clearly don't care. Disgusting customer service

Logged back in my silver keeps rising my ladder still 1 they challanged me and sayd they all fighted my team at ladder that i supposed to have requested that to a few to see if its only me that cant see it
And i dindt have to open this topic to complain about haypi
Is there any way we can talk to each other like fb or whatsapp
So we can talk this out and look for something to do about it

Good luck with that bud, they got your 75 bucks so it's your problem now. So far on these forums all I have seen is finger pointing at users or telling them to claim through iTunes if they didn't get their coins. No actual solutions

Actual, telling you to talk to iTunes is an actual solution. iTunes is at the end of half of the money problems.

Its not that i dindt received my coins my accound missing everything that i used coins for like epics legends books etc my monsters stil popping up on ladder but i dont have those anymore everything is missing
They said my accound worked i know it does but whitout the stuff on it its worthless they aint going do anything about it they said and i can see what i do whit it so gf 16k coins and the things i used the coins for if they aint going
Bring ir back this week ima go contact itunes myself and do my story there ...
