Can't get in. Says connect to network. I'm up to date with version and my internet is fine and working with everything else. What the hell is going on devs? It's becoming a daily thing now

My network of absolutely fine. I can't even access the "my account" tab to log in and it's still happening. Like I said my internet is fine I'm posting here and all other apps are working just fine.

That happened to me before. I noticed that if I switched from wifi to 3G or switch between apps quickly, it might has problem detecting network. And once it happened, even if you killed the program and restart it will not fix it.
However, restart the ios device will make it work again (at least from the 3-4 times that I encountered this issue).
Next time, when everything fails, try restart your device. It is like rebooting your pc when weird thing start to happen. That usually fix lots of problems.

Yes it occurs every time I'm in any wifi zone that I can connect to. C'mon devs fix this problem it's heavy on the 3/4g network downloads

Come on support this is getting irritating. Ever since new version came out this has been an issue.

Wifi connection's stability is dependent to the general parent network signal, the quality of router device, and other technological factors. It also keeps changing as you move around the place. You will fail to access the game when you've lost your internet connection or get disconnected. If it is a temporary instability, then your phone may restore the connection automatically afterwards. However, situations mentioned in Silverblade's post are also possible to occur. I'm sorry to tell you that network connection problem on customer's end is not what we are able to control. We suggest you switch off your WIFI connection, reconnect, or restart your device if such situation occurs.

My wifi is perfect it works for every other app and every other device in my house. The issue started with the new version of the App.... Therefore it is. Problem on your end and considering I'm not the only one with the problem it can't be my wifi messing other players games up too..... So why don't you numbskull programmers go back to the old version and compare it and work out what the problem is and fix it.... Or are you incapable of acting upon bug reports? Or are you just plain and simply money grubs who don't care about player experiences?
