Same item on first respin

As topic says; recently almost 85% of the time like 8-9 out of 10 respins I get the same item i get the first spin. Can you please help check. Its quite annoying getting the same item 2x you even need a 3rd or even a 4th respin to get another item.

Yet, 90% of the time, you land on the same item ...

A bit of advice to new players (quite surprising to see that there are actually new players really) but its been said a looooong time ago when we were still newbies -- dont ever respin. whatever the situation even if you desperately need the item for evolving or a book or whatever -- dont respin. ever. you're going to get it on the next round or next day or next week.
