Legendary Encounters?

You know how you randomly get a boss fight (that you can fight again in the activity section)? I just opened thorny forest and played the first area. I encountered a legendary, but it wasn't a boss. had 13% to capture. It was called "Devil." Anyway, I was wondering if this is normal, if it's part of an activity (doesn't look like one of the chinese new year ones), or maybe it's something that only occurs every 24 hours?

Description : Arrived here from a world full of dragons and plans to conquer this land.
How to get : Can be found in any Normal map at a low percentage. Not buyable in the Encyclopedia.

Damn, and that wasn't even me posting !
Anyhow, like Dannikun said, Devil is one of the two Legendaries that can be caught. The other one is Angelo.
They have a very. and I repeat, very low chance of encountering, so consider yourself lucky for catching one !

Nope. Not lucky at all. I was on my last monster, and the idiot poisoned Devil using poison point, killing him over time. None of my captures worked. Super unlucky.

Ah, that's a bummer @_@...
If it's any better, it's not because it's a Legendary that it's way stronger than all other monsters you have so far.
As a matter of fact, Devil is quite weak, even compared to most Epics, it's just lame to miss out on a new monster :C.

How does that prove it's not hard to get?

Cuz I got them both captured and breed to grade s as you can see in less then a month. You searching for it at the wrong place.
