Floor 2 accounts can't log in

I have an account that is on floor 2 and can not log in, it stays at 20% and then gives me a comm delay message. IT is not my connection. I can log into my other accounts on floor 4 just fine. When I got in on floor 4, some other players that have accounts on floor 2 said they can not log into those either.

I started the floor 2 account a few days ago and was trying to gain as much player level as I could to get the server rush rewards. This is killing me. Why is it only floor 2 accounts??
