Where do I find neo?

How are you guys finding neo? I followed all the steps, I went to sealed space 15 and then rolled a 1 3 and 2 yet all 3 times I have tried no neo.

It's on expert mode not normal

Also I noticed comments talking about pattapilla, I received a pattafly (2) from eggs but I have never encountered the pre evolved form. Where is she? Also a big question I've always had is if anyone knows where purrfection or her pre evolved forms are?

Pattapilla is in ss8 expert. Purr is in eggs and it's pre-evos are unobtainable

Floor 3 cave SS 15 not on floor 1.

For patta cave its your first left turn then you see cave, just land on it..

not positive since I've not passed floor 3... but I think they are referring to SS-15 EXPERT
