Where do I find neo?

Certain spot or is it random

look into SS15, you will find a spot with a cave. if you roll 1, 3, and 2 then you can reach that spot.
Neo is always there, but catch rate is only 1% (2% if you get his hp to near 1).

The trick to catch him is,

1. take at least 100 seal cards with you
2. in your team, at least 2 monster needs to have blade of mercy. Prefer to have feign weakness and war cry too to lower his attack so you can last longer.
3. You still need to fight twice (the first 1 and 3) to reach him, so your other 2 monsters must be decent monsters to get you there.
4. Prefer to have at least one monster is Earth so he takes 1/2 damage from neo so you have more time to catch him.
5. When attacking neo to lower his hp to 1, make sure you don't use fire or plant skills. If he catches on fire or poison, then you screwed.

It's 2% if it's 5 hp and lower.

Lower neo's matk with war cry and switch to a ghostform shadow. Shadow will take 0 damage since Neo will only use physical attacks= infinite tries to catch unless u run out of cards

I've seen the best catch rates when I throw 1 card at the start for fun before lowering it's health, then lowering it's health below 5 hp. I've caught 7 neos already under 30 cards. So I'm not sure if it's just luck.

your ghostform shadow is definitely better than my method.

I am building one now.

By the way, I think it is 2% chance when under 10 hp instead of 5.

I just tried when trying to catch Pattapilla this morning. I got it down to 9 hp using blade of mercy and it is 2% chance at 9 hp.

Hmm maybe it's just percentage

How are you guys finding neo? I followed all the steps, I went to sealed space 15 and then rolled a 1 3 and 2 yet all 3 times I have tried no neo.

Also I noticed comments talking about pattapilla, I received a pattafly (2) from eggs but I have never encountered the pre evolved form. Where is she? Also a big question I've always had is if anyone knows where purrfection or her pre evolved forms are?
