Foresight miss sometimes.
But in the description say 100%

It only has a 100% hit rate on the first hit.
Afterwards, it has a chance to miss.

I have Foresight on one of my own monsters, and that never happened to me.
Are you sure your opponent didn't have Penetrate?

How does foresight work? It always goes first and cancels out the enemies atk?
