Can't remember if you bought the oels with paid coins? If you did, contact iTunes and they will refund your full amount. State that the company is non responsive or any good with customer issue resolution. Refunds will only come from recent purchases. Anything more than 15days becomes a Visa issue i.e. credit card contract and what not.

I did buy them, the problem isn't at Apple, it's at Haypi's side. They can't be bothered to fix a bug, which costed me about $300.

Screw haypi but at least get your money back and move on with the next OEL if you desire.

Just tried it, iTunes said that this kind of purchases cannot be refunded.
About buying new OELs, Haypi will simply scam me again, saying I didn't get the monster.
I'm not going to give them a single penny.
