Pals problem

Dear support,
Before I started my game. I key in the inviter code, during loading the game, it's stuck at 20% and the system show me communication failed, i checked my connection is working fine. After that,I started my game, and there is no pal on my list..
Can you fix and put my inviter code to current account? ops

It's stupid that you can't enter your friends! Fix this!
