Floor 2 bug

It gets stuck on the same message of recieving information on server therefore not letting me to proceed.

I ran into the same problem too. I got stuck every time I hit the climb up button. The game always stucks at "Verifying floor information, please be patient". I tried 3 different wifis, leavin the game on for 30 mins many times but nothing worked for 2 days now. If anyone knows the solution, please help. Thanks in advance

I'm having the same problem. Tried going to floor 2 and its frozen. Message wont go away saying verifying room. To people like myself who have paid actual money on this it is frustrating. Would love to hear from a moderator and if anything will be done about this. Love this game but if the bugs arent fixed you will lose players.

Turn your phone off and turn it back on. Fixed it for me.
