Create id and stuck at 20% loading

Support, I have no account at TLT, the game stuck at 20% after I insert my inviter code, and show me communication error.. As I know,I read previous post have the same problem on loading.. Can you fix it? I hope it's will not make my pals gone after that. I mean I stuck on loading page when I create account, I don't know my TLT account is exist or not..

Yes my game has Ben stuck at loading screen at 20% also. This started around 7-8 am Saturday morning eastern standard time. Please help !
