Some background, I have a decked out Adapt Neon, an Adrenaline Rhor in training and 1 Bottled Thunder away from synthing a Gryphion (with 8 premium runes to chase a talent). And assume this is for some combo of Expert maps, PvP and Ladder.

I have 3rd Build simply cause levi without pod is weak when rain is not up even when rain is up levi deals low dmg with only 149 atk/matk.
Its very hard to deal dmg to rhor/smiter but with pod you deal at least lil
more

There's some other builds like curse/water therepy or thorn/soak but I personally use build 2, however with water spout instead of water bombs. I only have it because I heard it was better to use in barren expert, because at least it gaurentees a hit when water bombs misses too much. But Masterwill brings up a good point, without PoD it's a lot more reliable on weather.

Though I gotta say, waterspout sounds best used agaisnt an electric or plant type, but since it does water damage it still doesn't do much at all.

I have used Waterspout and it sucks, even upgraded it only reflects back 100+5% per upgrade. And I am not changing the talent, it started with Thorn-II and tried all the Curse+Soak stuff.

Mostly I have a few PoDs kicking around and not sure what to do with them and with my current build I can survive forever but pretty much can't kill anything.
