Not sure if ip yet but it's lvl 50 enjoy, also I did stat bet so the stats are a bit op so just take off what the stat bet numbers are and you have the actual op stats ^_^

Seems pretty balanced to me.

He is slow..matk and both def are nice!

Can you post Screenshot of Weather description while in battle?

Why did u choose res instead of weather talent or mf2 ?

This monster will get you through bl exp easy if you didnt already.

I would rather use runes together talent then keep breeding. So I might as well start training it. Hmm I was gonna do that weather thing but then I thought it was useless, but since you asked Ill to take a pic.

IMO slow speed is a must it you gonna get the weather talent if a ghost is faster then it's kinda moot

I'd say ATK doesn't really matter for a Ghost, seeing how all their elemental moves ate MATK !

I'd go Ghost where possible, perhaps one move to counter popular elements, but take full advantage of your STAB!
