server 50 bug

i just played on server 50 but saw many problem there
1. pvp takes so much time to search, waiting time sometimes an hour, i never find someone unless someone is searching too..
2. pal is not appearing on your pal list
3. TM cooldown takes 3hrs, sometimes 2hrs
4. ladder cooldown sometimes 1hr after defeating player
5. boss is not appearing in boss raid after the encounter
i already sent msg in support but still dont receive any reply from them, pls fix the bug/issues so we can enjoy the game.. thanks

Problem 1 & 5 are explainable.
When your score is above 2000, you can't face bots in PvP anymore, so you'll have to wait for other people in your Server to go PvP aswell.
About the Boss Raids... It's a common problem.
Boss Raids dissapear on quite usual base. There's nothing you can do against it, but the good news is that you won't have to wait 24 hours in order to find your next one!

There are people in server 50 who know how to correctly use the forums..?
Well anyway +1 for what koe said.
I have had the pal thing too, mine just took a few hours and then it showed up.
Make sure the pal didnt enter the code incorrectly.

we are on rank 1500 .. the highest rank only got 1570+ .. thats why we cant enjoy pvp because average waiting time takes an hour.. thus in other server only maximum of 30sec to wait.. in boss raid, after i encounter him, when i check him in boss raid, i cannot see him there..

That's weird, definitely a bug.
However, I can't say for sure if the Boss Raid dissapearance is Server related.
Anyhow, I hope this can be fixed ASAP, sounds terrible !

regarding the pal, some players also experienced it.. they have 4 pals but its not showing in pal list.. i do also have 2 pals thats why i finished the quest invite friend.. but my pal list didnt show anyone

Not much we can do but hope haypi actually looks at the forums.

And I've waited an hour and a half to play pvp with my best friend only to lose to a bot with a full deck of super skills, get over it.
