Hacking/server glitching up

So ive played this game and seen many things happen to others, normally just ignore it but in this case decided to post this here. since before server 132 alot of accounts were hacked, one of which was my alt..well ok i ignored it. Stole a sub off a member from china and then that same night my alt got hacked while i was on it. the pop up of only one device came up and next thing i knew password was changed..still i ignored it. Just a day ago i logged onto my main account and realized password was changed, still in the process of being hacked and managed to recover it before i lost all my gear. Same happened to two of my friends that same day, my password was to my own opinion impossible to guess, my friends was 22 characters long my own being like 11. I have a screen shot of a member in the china alliance saying they are real life friends with a support person, i assume our server perhaps but who knows. How is it 3, almost 4 accounts were hacked in one day? happened to guess all our passwords by chance? Im told gear can be returned in exchange for the money worth by support so hoping on that but how is it they come out with an update that supposedly helps track accounts better yet cant seem to see who is the one behind the hacking? Aside from all this i have two screen shots, one showing our support person Yoyo telling me a mistake i did a while back was soo bad and that no warning was to be given under the circumstances and led to my prestige being cut in half back then...back then i had stole a sub with assistance from my own alt..so i catch someone who does the exact same thing and email "Anglea", Yoyo replys instead of course and explain what happened and all they do is give the person a warning. Says to me that apperently they get a warning, but how is it back then said otherwise. I have both screen shots showing she contradicts herself when it comes to the other people (china alliance member) i sent them in a few days ago and get no reply from Angela of course, who it is i sent email to but thats because im sure Yoyo is the one who read it and sees she is already on a choosen side of who she will help and who she will not. If i ask to speak to Angela, why does Yoyo only answer? The hacking is getting old and support still doing nothing about it, 3 and almost 4 people hacked, including myself..and ally dismissed in a signal day, where is support? password wasnt just guessed, somehow the hacker managed to retrieve them within hours if not less time im sure. Certain people in the china alliance know that all they have to do is hack someone to get something, may as well make them there own server and let them play by themsleves..and support..kicking back sipping a mojito? Get something done, us who spend our money on this game deserve alot better support on issues that are occuring.

First of all, 9 times out of 10, accounts aren't hacked, they're stolen using passwords that you yourself have shared. Secondly, I seriously doubt that you lost half your prestige simply for stealing a sub using an alt. Alt abuse like this will always get multiple warnings to the offender. It seems to me that you're not giving the whole story, but a very one-sided version of it.

Support has given players many warnings indirectly about alt account and the punishments of abusing them. It shouldn't surprise you that you get punished for breaking the rules.

Gondor welcome to s132. If you get punished by support its unfair and cruel. Don't get punished by support and its cause your close with support. (Really In s93 they said I dated Yoyo cause I clearly never got real punishments)

So my friend who got hacked one day (or as you say someone he knew must of done it) next day not even 24 hours later got hacked again? Noone knew the information, password impossible to guess, but lets say you're right it was someone known, next day/having told noone the new password...happens again...not a coincidence, and not to mention happened to multiple people in one night...my information is only known by me, still happened to me, how can someone "guess" the information to about 5 people in one night...all of whom are enemy of those im sure hacked us, not to mention somehow a person in the other alliance happened to know when my friend losses vip?.. and about the prestige cut without warning...I have ss showing that thr support person said "no warnings for matter" yet someone else does it and I report it and then mails me telling me she gave them a warning...I have ss if you'd like to see tell me pal name.

You're complaining about the support and them not doing exactly what everyone individually wants them to do. And flaming won't insult me, but thanks for the laugh.
