Can you breed poes now?

I thought you could only breed evolved poes but can you breed plain poes now?

I don't have two Poe's myself, but I see no reason why you should.
There hasn't been an update, and we got no notification about it whatsoever.

Someone on my server said they bred poes but I wasn't sure if they were mistaken. Seems that they were as my level 15 Poe doesn't appear in the hatchery

You can breed two Poe evolution together to get a second of that evolution, IE: two Electroes can be bred to get a new Electroe. But unevolved Poes cannot be bred together at all. And there is no mixing or matchi of Poes of any kind.
