Friend lost his account.

Hey!
My friend Nyxorian (formerly ajohn5 of s1) of s48 just said he lost his account, he tried his pass multiple times and for sure it doesnt work.
He said some other player got into his account, and changed the password.
I find this improbable, but i guess it could happen.
What can he do?
Obviously if he emails support it will look like he is trying to steal the account, so that will not work i presume.
Any ideas? He put a lot of money into it and was rank 2, so its very important!

There is a forgot password option in the home account screen before logging in. He can use that and it will email a password to his email.

Yeah that seems like the best option.
I don't know if its possible for the hacker to change your account email though. :/

Just another reminder to not give out your account's password if you're expecting to ever be able to play it again.

Ok. He did this, but now apparently, he didnt make the account, cus he made his max accounts.
So this other kid on s1 has the password now..
Now i need ideas for how to get the password from this kid -.-

He's slightly crazy, and he may be pulling my leg, when he really has the password. But idrk, so i tried to help him :/ thanks for the replies guys

I know of a way you could get your reset your friends password without using email but how do I know you won't use the information for evil?
