Help catching scyther

where to find him and if possible detailed as i noticed purple caves are kinda hard to reach within the map it self i'd love some help here before wasting dices trying to get to the cave

Scythe is in Sealed space vet 10. And i believe you need to take a portal before the last portal. The last portal drops you on wrong side of cave.
