Having problems receiving a purchased coin package?

Hi, today at 4:00 pm australian time I purchased two coins packages, 120 coins and 50 coins. Neither of these coins were sent to my account, yet money has been deducted from my itunes acount. Please help?

I purchased twice the $.99 coin package, I didn't received it yet. And my VIP status is still VIP 0. Please look into to it.

I received an email from them, saying that they are on vacation till sept 22... Hays I have to wait for at least one week for my problem to be look into. it's a waste of time and money. Hope this thing won't happen to anyone. I'm very piss ...... Grrrrrr.
