I am extremely dissatisfied and demand compensation for the 1600 coins i bought and used to get Fenrir, but resulted in nothing but over 20 commons/uncommons a couple of rares, and epics i already have. I cannot express enough the extreme dissatisfaction i am experiencing and hope can be provided in best way possibe.

Post here if you find a bug, not to complain about your misfortune. Besides, what makes your case any special? Most of us have had our try at OEL's and failed, why should you be compensated?

They're not, you're just unlucky.
Sorry for your bad luck, but there's nothing you can do about it, it's a gamble.

If you think of it , some Legendaries actually cost 2000 golds and doesn't even give you sh*tloads of monsters and essence of life , yet you still complain.

I cracked 3 and got Fenrir the other guy in S2 only cracked one and got it
