Crazy bot dodging

I have been observing this alot this week that the bots in the early stages like crusty,branchy are dodging alot than required .. Anyone else observed this? Little dodging is fine but they are dodging alot !

Where exactly? And in what stage of the game?
Judging from the BL Expert levels, the actual monster level difference seems to matter for the dodgerate aswell, together with the weather.

Oh, that's weird .
Any chance Blizzard was up? I know the dodgerate of Water monsters increases in Blizzard @_@. Don't know about the Branchies though ...

i don't think its just coincidence they dodge madly but it's not a big deal since they are weak
