Skill Upgrade Guide Request

I have done Nature Boost, I think the effectiveness of plant skills are higher, while the % of SPD increases a litter (>50% but still less than 60% imo)

Was it enough for a Pattafly to outspeed a Cerb? How big is the damage boost?

The upgrades i know about are

+1 cost 100,000 silver and 20 EoW
+2 200,000 silver 40 EoW
+3 300,000 silver 60 EoW

and I think the rest go up 100,000 and 20 EoW more for each.
Supplementary skills that I know that can upgrade:
Serenade
Crystallize
Charge
Feign weakness
Leaf shield
Memory wipe
Full stomach
Sword dance
War cry
Puzzle

Not sure what they do extra because I havent upgraded any supplementary skills yet.

Lethal Powder +1: gives it a stacked poison effect. No need to double cast.
