Quicksupport stopped?

I have absolutely no clue where to post this, so I'll just drop it here.
I left a few tickets at Quicksupport over a week ago, and I haven't recieved answers yet.
Not only that, but my old messages have all dissapeared, it just shows an empty inbox now...
Has anyone else noticed this? Or is it just glitching up on me?

My messages to support from weeks ago are still there.
Maybe its only to you this weird glitch.

Oh, never knew it was called quicksupport lol and most of mine used to go unanswered in hd, in hm they all got answered within 10 days. Now that they technically have a new game they're probably abandoning this game.

It has been confirmed that the game Kingdom of Pirates is being taken care of by another company within Haypi, so that they can continue their focus on Haypi Monsters.

For me nothing unusual , maybe they ignored your mails

Doubt it, most of them were usual mails that'd normally be answered by an automated message.
I find it weird however, that some of my messages dissapeared.

well that's weird you send that amount of mails to support lol , I just sent 1 mail that didn't even help
