Patta vs Smiter

I'd like to bump this topic instead of making a new one. I have a problem choosing between making pattafly or smitter.

1. Which of the 2 monsters is better competing against Hydra and Mino?
2. Which is better on maps?
3. Which Monster can ohko pewg w/ taunt? our server is filled with pewg w/ taunt combo'd with either neon or rhor

Game Veterans, i need your advice/suggestions

Against a Hydra or Mino, I'd personally use Pattafly with Bolster, giving you a higher chance of perhaps 1hitting it.
For the maps, get Smiter, higher Speed can really help you out!
I'm pretty sure both can 1hit Pewgway, as long as you have the right Talent, Force-II.

Patta but smiter got good speed.

I don't think Pattafly can learn Celestial Prayer .
I'd go with:

Talent : Bolster/Force-II (Bolster = PvP, Force = Map)
Skills : Power of Darkness - Poison Leaves - Razor Leaves - Photosynthesis
This way, you won't have to depend on the weather in order to deal out a fine amount of damage.

I'd go with:

Why bolster for pvp only and why force for map only?

Without Bolster, it'd be near to impossible to deal serious damage to an OEL, even with elemental advantage.
From my personal experiences, it's best to take out OELs as fast as possible, so they have no time to set-up.
Bolster increases the chance of a critical hit, making it easier to take them out if you're lucky.
Force-II gives you a decent, permanent increasement, but it'd be less useful against monsters that have to be taken out swiftly.

Skills : Frenzied Attack/Psycic Trust, Photosynthesis, Poison Leaves, Solar Smite
Frenzied Attack stacks pretty well with Force-II. Psycic Trust can be used as a last resort.
You can opt to change Solar Smite with Razor Leaves for PvP, but that'd leave you less space for the actual maps.

I'm pretty sure both can 1hit Pewgway, as long as you have the right Talent, Force-II.

Since I use smiter a lot, (Pvp i don't know what item they equip) Smiter with force two and poison leaf +6 can't one shot pewgway in one shot. Smiter without force two can't one shot cygness (cygness with invalidate neon).
I don't know about solar summit since I don't use it ( mainly because of ladder will be under hand with solar summit, stupid AI)

Keep in mind Lethal Powder +1 lethal poisons in 1 shot. It's like Cursing without losing half your health... At 75% accuracy. So even if you can't 1 shot an OEL you can leave it quite crippled.
