My friend says he saw a phonix while farming BL-5 to find an angelo , he say it was level 54 and he say it was hard to catch cuz he had wrong monsters and failed few cards .. Waddaya think ?
Edit : i know that player very good and i am sure he wont lie ...

this was like 4 months ago who knows now maybe it's available
