Cant get skelly

Im not complaining i just wanted a solution to the problem that is all. I only want skelly so i can get my Levi scroll. I have S rank Neon Scythe clawpard flight dracanious smiter pewgway and cygness

Get stronger and buy OELs. Period.

The 2200 monthly score was to force engagement in PvP to actually get Skelly, it's on par with Felicity force engagement in Ladder to get. Skelly isn't some hyper-difficult trophy that should be given out to the elite PvPers only. That is what Splashy is for.

I've said it before and Ill say it again, Haypi needs to adjust the monthly requirements to get Skelly since they already adjusted the requirements to earn Integral.

My server only as 3 people with 2200 or over Monthly Integral and no-one has enough to get Splashy, the highest people are hundreds away from getting it. That is not "working ad designed".

I can get skelly but i dont have honor points ;3

Skelly isn't a monster you should be able to obtain without hard work.
If your Server is filled with OELs, try getting a team of 3/4 Legendaries before even trying

It has been suggested to have its requirement lowered several times in the Suggestion Tab, which I disagree with.
If they'd make Skelly easy to get, everyone that is able to buy Coins would get S ranks & screw up PvP with Pressure combo's.
Why do you think the Top 10 is full OEL?

I said getting skelly is the easy option i didn't ask for an easy way of getting skelly. I want skelly because i would have to make a hippo save boss essence for gryphion and i cant get stinger so skelly is my only option. People shouldn't have to resort to buying OELs just to get skelly. Skelly is nothing to me if i cant get skelly i cant get Levi scroll so skelly does mean something to me.

As you said yourself, your Top 10 all have OELs. Pretty self explanatory if you ask me. They're in the Top 10 for a reason.

I'd imagine a Felicity with Pressure, Soak/Photo, Mirror Shield, Mind Bending and a free slot, maybe Fog or Foresight, would be more of an issue given its prodigious speed and offensive ability with its Mirrors.

Verte isn't the only one to be able to rock Pressure to great effect. But it's good to have you state where your bias comes from.
