I'm fairly sure nearly any OEL will outspeed it.

Behe will be faster than all OEL except cerbe,gryph and chimera and mino speed boost ( speed boost mino against behe will be worthless anyway, i think) I think planto and behe will be same speed stat.
With this low def ..mino hydra and levi can ohko behe.

My prediction:
1. Lose against: Fenrir, Cerberus, Chimera, Minotaur
2. Win against: Hydra

the def is so terrible but the HP is so huge. like i thought plantasaurus will be better than behe. the fact, it is much better.
