Neon Skills

Hi guys,
I have Neon with:SuperThunderstorm,lightning strike,electric net, and.....
I want to teach he Thunderstorm or Mind Bending,
But I don't know wich is better...
I use neon with Pewgway in pvp...
Can anyone help me!?

Since you're teaming up with Pewgway, getting Mind Bending to deal with Earth Monsters isn't a real trouble.
I'd get Thunderstorm. Unless you're planning to use Neon for 1V1 PvP.

I would say u have to change electric net to mind bending and put thunderstorm as the 4th slot

Electric Net can be a real pain in the lower back area if used correctly.
It doesn't only make the monster unable to attack, it also reduces its Speed by 75%. You can use this to your advantage, as Pewgway is easily outrun.
