I do, I breed S ranks constantly, but I have 1.5mil right now.
You might want to lay down on fusing though, it's fairly expensive, and I'd rather get another Legendary than getting the right Talent on your current one. Quantity > Quality in this case .

As far as I know, there is no way to get a secondary Haypi Dragon Monster, so it'd be impossible to get it S ranked.
Correct me if it is possible though.

I have seen S Leshy, so i think you buy a second one with coins..? Ive heard its 2k in coins for Planto.
