Say what? where? I havent heard anyone say this yet. If you can I'm going to sacrifice the 2 I got now...

In Fc-8 there was a Funkis, but it was part of a mini boss. No sealing there.

I just farmed every Frozen Cavern level trice, and did not encounter any Funkis. There were a few in Mini boss battles, but those are, obviously, not catchable.
So unless it is extremely rare, or I am extremely unlucky, I don't think you can catch Funkis at Frozen Cavern.

I farmed Frozen Cavern again today, for approximately 2 hours, and did not find any catchable Funkis.
I would say it's not catchable.

I went nuts, a RARE monster catchable in a Normal mode, that's extraordinary!
Too bad it doesn't really add anything these days ...

It does. Catch 5 of these at lv30 and sacrifice them all and bang, instant 100% blessing
