Super thunder storm ?

This has really been bugging me. I have encountered various players that either have a rhor or neon. In normal conditions ( not sunny,rainy,etc.. ) they use S.T.S and don't get the confusion debuff I have an S rank Neon but when ever I use S.T.S in a normal condition I get confused. Anyone know why ?

Do they have invalidate for a talent? or some other talent that would erase it?

No if they were to have invalidate it would cancel my abilitys ( speed boost on Cygness or adaptability on neon ) so I'm not sure I es hoping somone knew.

It's probably just thunderstorm, it has the same animation as STS so yeah look next time at what move it is.
