Speed boost will make mino highest speed monster tested it on chimera in pvp outspeed it as if mino speed is same as fenrir it would be 162 + speed boost which is 50% its speed is 242

my theory

Cygness with speed boost is slower than Levi. That's 52% spread. However, inorder to go first all the time there needs to be a 10 point gap.
Factoring in that gap its more likely to be 40% boost.

Cygness @ 50 = 95 spd
Levi @ 50 = 145 spd. For Levi to always go first Cyngess adjusted spd needs to be 135 or lower.

95/135 = 42%. THus the boost is more likely 40%

Its confirmed I used it in pvp mino faster than chimera

Electric monsters are glass cannons, high attack, low HP & defense.

If it can't ohko Chim/Cerb. It will most likely die the next turn with MB def debuff + Underdog attack.
