Never thought about it but this makes perfect sense. Just as how they balanced the 90 damage skills, the same should be applied to those moves. I say make them all stun when the attack hits without the appropriate weather. That or only decrease the atk or m.atK. Also, ghost don't have a 120 move.

The only ones worth doing without weather is frost and earth, the other stuff gimps you so much if you don't one shot.

I would include Psychic Thrust in your list. Depending on your luck, the confused state wouldn't even affect as much.

Question:
SFB will not debuff if you miss, in sunny weather, or sand storm.
Water Torrent will not debuff in rain or blizzard.

Does Aurora's debuff only not happen in a Blizzard? why not in rain or another weather?
Solar smite only in sunny weather? why not with no weather?
STS in rain? why not in a blizzard?
and massive boulder only in sandstorm? why not in sunny weather?

and 1 more question, Psychic adv skills have the chance to hit 2 times, most of the time they do. Ghost skills have only 1 hitters, yes they can learn POD, but if you're up against a mind bending and it hits twice, usually the PoD is useless because your either dead or so close to it the next round you would be.

Logically speaking, if those skill misses its just right to receive debuffs. The debuffs were not caused by the miss, it is a consequence for throwing such powerful skill.

So the moment you release that super skill there should be a side effect right after, either your monster cause the miss or the opponent just dodge your skill

I hope supporters look into this.

basically because SFB misses alot more than it should, I think anyway.
