Snowflakes= more damage after being attacked (that turn) it's not supposed to be like snowflakes, in fact it's much better. Snowflakes you have to go second for it to be useful, with vengeance it's best to go first so you can reach your lowest health and still attack.

It doesn't work like that though but more like snowflake the atk boost form losing health goes back to normal the next turn may be its a bug?
