Request for Haypi Urgent Support

Dear Fellow Haypi Monster Players,

Account: DotaPlayer
Server: 27

I would like to ask for your advice and opinion as i'm currently facing an issue logging in my account. Rest assured that i have sent email to haypi support.
Any advice on what should i do? or have anyone of you guys encounter the same thing?

I was playing team mode Barren Land. and suddenly i was stucked, cant dice and cant even quit the team mode. It was due to my bad connectivity at that time. However, after i make sure that i have good connection, i tried to reset my HM apps and then now im not able to login my account. It's showing "connecting...." at the home page, but no matter how long i wait, still cant get in.
I have no problem login my alternate account, namely "GodWrath". So, i believe its the account itself freezed.

I have done the following:
1. Reset HM apps
2. Reset my Iphone
3. Reinstall HM apps from my iphone
but still no avail.

It's Frustrating LOL.

Any idea from you guys who have played longer than me? any opinions are welcome.

1. I have sent email to "monstersupport@haypi.com"
2. I have sent a in-game support ticket by using my alternate account "GodWrath"


Btw, I'm currently rank 1 in server 27 for both level and ladder. So this kind of delay really pissed me off>,<.....

Nah, same with me, i cant login to the game, i have sent mails to the support team and "quick support" team but no reply.. Im from server 27 too and this is not the 1st time..

It doesnt matter rank1 or not, what matter is: this issue Is really frustating and its really inconvenience..

I hope they will fix this issue (again) soon..

Anyway, yeah, rank 1 or not does not matter. But when at the top, the competition is damn crazy...it's really is tough >_<

So how is it at the end? Did you manage to login back?

Hey Dota, I too had this problem before and it ended up fixing itself, I just waited a couple hours and I was able to log back in.

However, I believe your issue, and some others that are having this login issue now, stems from the use of multiple accounts on the same device. If I was you and the problem does get resolved I would limit myself to 1 account per device simply as a precautionary measure to make sure something like this doesn't happen again.

Sorry I couldn't offer any real assistance but seeing as you have done everything you can there wasn't much to instruct you on. Good luck and update us if any progress is made!

I know Ash there are many people who work multiple accounts and have seen no errors. The reason I suggested this was because he said something to the fact of when he switched accounts he couldn't log back in.

I'm thinking it's not the fact he switched accounts that did it, more likely is that just by logging off it prevented him from playing. Meaning that even if he just closed the app and didnt change account then the result would be the same. That's what I was getting at.

It's not the entire server. There are certain people on certain servers having issues but not everyone on the servers.

Actually I didn't switch account before found out the problem.
I only switch when I already can't login. Just to check if it really is my connection too slow. Since I can login to alt acc, there is no problem with my connection. -_-
I'm totally confused now
