Advanced chest disappears ??? 4th time?

When am doing my expert modes I land on say 2 ghost advanced books n 1 fire but when I check my bag there only 1 ghost 1 fire ?? This is the 4th this kinda stuff has happen please look into it!! ;(( I'm missing like 4 books that I used coins on respin for ;( not really fair !!? Has this happen to Any 1 else !? ;(

its never happen to me.. is it because of your connection? i think u should email haypi support and let them check for you.
