Blackout Issue Addressed
We experienced a blackout from 11:00 AM to 14:40 PM GMT today (July 19th, 2013). The issue was solved under the collaboration of technical supports from Haypi and our server service provider. Now Server 1,19, 20, 22, 29, and 1000 are up and running.
We sincerely apologize for this blackout. The compensation is estimated to be delivered to all the affected players within 72 hours in the form of mail attachment. Please leave enough space to avoid unnecessary loss.
