Well...
Returning for a little bit... Home server is now somewhat active again thanks to our lovely merge that happened a few months ago. Finally, I applaud support on making that happen. About a year too slow, but I will gladly take it over a completely dead server.
However- I am still running into the same problems... Map is very laggy still, PM blinks whenever I enter chat, WC is lagging, and this is without troops being fed and supported, just my general first thoughts.
I realize a game can't be perfect, and some of these things may be as close to perfect as possible, I don't know. I'm not a tech and I don't want to pretend to be one. But it seems like there would be a way to support this better...
Also, general ideas to make a supports day go by smoother and easier:
-Make an option in alliance management to change leadership yourself! Everyone could get a system message, if the alliance leader has been inactive for the 14 days, if a vice or member requests change, and then a voting option could be made, not allowing for self votes.
-Merge some servers faster! 119 needed it a lot sooner than it was given. Now I'm sure more people will be buying gold, something you guys could always use right? More money and more customer satisfaction. Based on the recent ratings in the App Store, haypi might need more of both. Merging will also reduce the workload of supports by cutting down amount of servers being controlled, and I'm sure all of the pointless messages asking for merge timetables.
-Create a monthly poll in your news tower. Isn't really used for anything. This way, you can throw out a few ideas and easily see what the majority of players would want. Not just a suggestions thread that everyone feels is ignored... I haven't been here for a while but a quick checkup easily says that things are the exact same as a year ago. This poll will also give customers a feeling of being listened to, with undeniable facts laying right in front of you.
I'm glad to be catching up with old friends, but for now I think that's all I will be doing. There is work to be done, but very possible...

surprised to see they haven't banned you from the forums! Just want to know what's going on in haypi world... Still no update? v3.11 for about a year now... What's up with that? See lots of development on more games... HK was what started it all and shouldn't be ignored like this...
