Connectivity Problems on Some Servers
Dear Generals,
We experienced a connectivity problem from 14:00 to 14:45 GMT today (July 19th, 2013). The problem kept players on Server 127, 128 and 608 from logging in and brought instability to these servers, affecting the gameplay for some of our players. We sincerely apologize for this.
We discovered the issue soon and have fixed it together with the technical supports from our server service provider.
In the meantime, we’ve refilled both individual and alliance warehouses to all affected players right after we resolve the issue.
