Great guide! Wish it had been around I started!

Denira's guides have pretty much all of this info just not all of the newer things. That's been around since very early in the game, and covers the basics so you should have looked into that.

Still, nice job I think this fills in a couple of blanks other guides have as well as cover a few other topics nicely.

As soon as this gets stickied (if it will!) I will work on it.

I like how you plan to make it all integrated so there's no need for redirecting to another topic/thread. Makes the guide so much more complete and easier to navigate.

Made some major eye candy improvements and extensively explained debuffs.

Added Frozen Cavern, made some improvements in the Q&A part and fixed a few typo's.
I'll soon upload the corresponding elemental picture for Frozen Cavern, but I'll have to edit it myself, as I can't find a picture of it on the Internet.

[EDIT] I'm not a hero with photoshop programs, if anyone could give me a picture of the Ice element, same as how all others look, I'd be forever grateful
