Ladder bug?

I'm not saying it's a bug that we ended up where we did, that's how it should've been if we did in fact attack each other at the same time. But we didn't. That's the bug. It says we attacked at the same time when we purposely offset our attacks.

Like I said the time could be the END of the battle, and he could have beat you at the same time you won. Or like cow said it could be the server's save/update times.
